NLG Weak Link Connector

Description

The weak link connector is designed specifically to break away at just over 20KG of force. This is designed for use when working near moving machinery, or in a situation where the user needs to be able to "rip away" from their tool lanyard. The introduction of the weak link limits the entire tool tethering system to 1KG. With a breaking load weight of just over 20KG, this will give way under a persons full body weight, allowing them to pull away from their lanyard in an emergency. Red colour and yellow warning label it ensures that the user is aware of the limits of this product.

• Designed to placed between the anchor point and the lanyard in the tethering system, it will allow the lanyard to become disconnected from the user should they get pulled into moving machinery.
• 4mm Red cord with an engineered weak stitch that is designed to break when exposed to forces over 20KG.
• Yellow safety warning label that notifies of the weight limited system.
